Returns Policy
At SoRen Tea, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be pleased with your order and boutique experience, so we will gladly exchange or refund any unopened teas that were purchased within 30 days of receipt.
How do I return items from my order?
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at info@sorentea.com to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number.
Costs of return shipping charges are only covered when there is a company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Any returns that are not in resalable condition or not due to company error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How do I exchange items from my order?
SoRen Tea will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs unless the exchange is due to company error. You must contact us at info@sorentea.com for an RMA number prior to sending your product for exchange. No exchange will be given for items returned without an RMA number.
Shipping Policy
All SoRen Tea products ship directly from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. Because we are integrated with UPS and USPS, all of our shipping rates are true to what UPS and USPS is currently charging to ship your package to your location from Atlanta. Please note that shipping costs may vary based on the weight of the package. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Once your order has been processed and assigned a shipping label with a UPS or USPS tracking number, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (if you provided your email address during check-out). Normally, your order will ship that afternoon. If we are experiencing unusually high order volume, your order may not leave our warehouse until the following business day.
